Terms of Service

By using Evolve, you agree to these Terms. We've written them clearly — please read them.
1. Acceptance
These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and ZEG Pty Ltd. By accessing evolve.zeg.com.au or our mobile applications, you confirm you are 13 or older and agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
Evolve provides an AI-powered personal growth platform including Growth Score calculation, habit tracking, daily reflection prompts, pattern recognition, and progress analytics. Features may change over time with reasonable notice.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining your account security and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@zeg.com.au if you suspect unauthorised access. Accounts are for individual use only.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Evolve to violate any law, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, scrape or harvest data, reverse engineer our software, or create accounts for others without consent.
5. Intellectual Property
Evolve and all its components are owned by or licensed to ZEG Pty Ltd. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own growth. Your Growth Score methodology, question generation algorithms, and pattern models are proprietary to ZEG.
6. Your Content
Your reflections, habit data, and growth information are yours. You grant us a limited licence to store and process this data solely to provide and improve the service for you. We do not claim ownership of your inner life.
7. Disclaimers
Evolve is provided "as is". It is not a substitute for professional mental health support, therapy, or medical advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or crisis line.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian law, ZEG's total liability shall not exceed $100 AUD or fees paid in the prior 12 months (whichever is greater). Nothing here limits liability for negligence, fraud, or matters that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time via Settings. Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy upon deletion. We may terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with notice where possible.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. For disputes, please contact us first at hello@zeg.com.au — we commit to good-faith resolution before any formal proceedings.
